Time to move up and move out... of the studio. The past couple weeks I have been shooting most of my images in studio to avoid the chill that seems to be endless this winter. Being from Texas, where winter lasts only a couple weeks [if that], I just couldn't bare trekking the city and snapping pics without tears rolling down my cheeks. The moving out will be easy, it's the moving up that I can only hope for temperature wise.
In preparation for the changing season, I have been compiling a list of beach bar hot spots that I will soon be lounging at while sipping on some margs. Here's my countdown to my top five spots I'll be re-visting around the United States:
5. Austin, Texas: The Oasis [had to have at least one TX spot]
4. Shelter Island, New York: Sunset Beach
3. Miami, Florida: Nikki Beach
2. Montauk, New York - The Surf Lodge
1. Nolita, New York - My Rooftop [the best bars are self staffed]
