The few and far between holiday weekends are always enjoyed outdoors with friends and this years Memorial Day weekend won't be any different. Memorial Day weekend kicks off the first preview of the transition from spring to summer for New Yorkers. Roof parties, trips to the beach, laying out in central park, and long [very long!] brunches with friends are the rewards that come along with making it through the frigid temps that was our long past winter. This Memorial Day weekend I’ll be somewhere in the city on a rooftop with a cold one in hand celebrating and enjoying the time with friends. For some reason, during Memorial Day weekend, I always have the urge for that dapper, All-American type of style and enjoy dressing for the occasion.
