At this point, between pumpkin' [spice] sightings all over the city to the undeniable chill in the air, it is full on fall-mode... and really, I'm not mad about it one bit. This short few weeks is probably one of the best times to live in or visit New York City so my suggestion is get here fast before we're all complaining about slush, blizzards, and the almost unbearable winter months. One thing not to complain about though is fall style garb.
Seems like with every changing season there's some kind of new trend or fad to get into before it's old news. Thankfully, an oldie [but goodie] is making it's comeback for the season: The short-sleeve sweater. This one from Homecore is a recent purchase and has already become a staple in my transitioning wardrobe. The hem details are rolled and raw which just adds to the relaxed feel of the sportier version of your basic sweater. The wearable lifespan might be a little short during the colder months so for now, I'll be styling this into as many outfits as possible!
